Which height should I pick?
Most shoes already have about 1" of heel. The step you pick stacks on top. For your first pair we recommend the middle step.
Is it comfortable all day?
Yes. The soft material flexes with your foot instead of working against it. There is no break-in period.
Do I need to size up?
No. The lift uses the dead space in the heel counter, not the toe box. Exception: very flat loafers.
Can I combine two models?
Yes. An insole in the shoe plus the silicone lift under your sock works best. Count about 70% of the second step on top, not 100%.
