How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 3 PM on a business day go out the same day. Germany and Austria 2-4 business days, rest of the EU 3-6. Full detail on the shipping page.
Where is my tracking link?
It goes out by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If it has not moved after 48 hours, message us with your order number and we will chase it.
Can I return them?

Which height should I order?
Most people should start at 1". The size guide walks through all three.
Do I need a bigger shoe size?
No. The lift uses the dead space in the heel counter, not the toe box. The one exception is very flat loafers.
