Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Delivery time

Delivery takes approximately 5 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), starting on the day after your order.

If we cannot ship your order within this time, we will tell you without delay. You can then cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Order tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive a shipping confirmation by email, usually with a tracking number. You can also check the status on our order tracking page.

Duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties, taxes (for example VAT, GST/HST or sales tax) and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery. They are not included in our prices and are payable by you.

Prices

All prices are final prices and are charged in the currency shown at checkout. As a small business within the meaning of Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge German VAT.
