Will it fit my dress shoes?
That is what it was designed for. It only covers the back half of the foot, so it uses the dead space in the heel and leaves the toe box alone.
Does it slide forward?
No. The underside is moulded to the shape of a heel counter, and the textured base grips the shoe lining.
Do I remove my existing insole?
Not necessary. It sits on top. If your shoe is very tight, take the original insole out first.
Can I wash them?
Yes. Hand wash cool, air dry. Do not put them in a machine or on a radiator.
