I have no tracking number yet
The number goes out the moment the carrier scans your parcel, usually within 24 hours of ordering on a business day. Check your spam folder before writing to us.
The tracking has not moved in two days
That is normal over a weekend or during the first leg abroad. If nothing has changed after 48 business hours, message us with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
It says delivered but nothing arrived
Check with neighbours and look for a card first. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will open a case with the carrier and send a replacement.
