Size Guide
You keep your normal size
This is the question we get most often, so here is the short answer: order the shoe size you already wear. The lift sits in the dead space in the heel counter, behind and under your heel, not in the toe box. It does not shorten the shoe.
The one exception
Very flat, low-cut loafers and some dress shoes have almost no heel counter to work with. In those, use the lowest height rather than sizing up.
Which height should I pick?
| Height | Best for |
|---|---|
| 1.5 cm | Flat dress shoes, loafers, anything low-cut. Completely undetectable. |
| 2.5 cm | The most ordered step. Clear difference, still flush in a normal sneaker. Our pick for a first pair. |
| 3.5 cm | Boots, high-tops and anything with a deeper heel counter. |
Remember the shoe you already own
A normal sneaker already gives you roughly 2.5 cm of built-in heel. The step you choose stacks on top of that, it does not replace it.
Can I combine two models?
Yes. An insole in the shoe plus the silicone lift under your sock works well together. Count on roughly 70% of the second step adding on top, not the full amount.
